The Ascending Chain Condition for log canonical thresholds on l.c.i. varieties

Shokurov's ACC Conjecture says that the set of all log canonical thresholdson varieties of bounded dimension satisfies the Ascending Chain Condition. Thisconjecture was proved for log canonical thresholds on smooth varieties in[EM1]. Here we use this result and inversion of adjunction to establish theconjecture for locally complete intersection varieties.
